1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Sticker Builder mobile game for Android ("the game") and to this website at happylivia.com ("the site"), both published by the independent developer behind Sticker Builder ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game, or by using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game or the site.
Because the game is made for young children, a parent or legal guardian is the person accepting these terms and is responsible for their child's use of the game.
2. Your Licence to Use the Game
When you buy Sticker Builder, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You own your copy of the purchase; you do not own the game itself.
You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the game
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets, except where the law expressly allows it
- Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices
- Use the game or its artwork in another product, or in any commercial context, without written permission
3. Purchases and Refunds
Sticker Builder is a one-time purchase of approximately $1 on the Google Play Store, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. The exact price and currency are set by Google Play for your country and may change over time.
All payments are processed by Google, not by us. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds are therefore handled by Google Play under its own refund policy, and a refund request is fastest through your Google Play account or Google's support. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, you are still welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
4. Acceptable Use of the Site
You are welcome to read, link to, and share anything on this site. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that disrupts service for other people, or use its content to mislead anyone about who published it.
Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Republishing whole articles is not.
5. Intellectual Property
The game, its artwork, characters, sounds, code, the Sticker Builder name, and the content of this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
6. Content You Send Us
If you email us a game submission, a guest post pitch, a correction, or feedback, you keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to read it, act on it, and where it is a submission for editorial coverage, to write about the app or product described and quote briefly from your message. Please do not send confidential information, and do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
7. Privacy
The game collects no personal information, contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party services, and works fully offline. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how the website itself differs from the game.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The game is distributed through the Google Play Store, and your use of that store is governed by Google's own terms. This site links to other websites, apps, and stores that we do not control. Those links are provided for information, and we are not responsible for the content, safety, or practices of any third party. Apps and their policies change, so parents should always check an app's current listing themselves.
9. Editorial Content Is Not Professional Advice
Articles on this site about screen time, child development, app safety, and similar topics are general information written to help parents make their own decisions. They are not medical, psychological, educational, or legal advice, and they are no substitute for a professional who knows your child.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make the game reliable and to keep the site accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that any particular content is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the game or the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Availability and Changes to the Game
We may update the game to fix problems, add levels, or support new devices, and we may at some point stop distributing or supporting it. A version already installed on your device will keep working offline.
13. Changes to These Terms
If we update these Terms of Use in the future, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the game or the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
