How long does a reply take?
Sticker Builder is made by a small independent developer, not a support desk, so replies usually take a few days rather than minutes. Every email is read.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Google, so refunds go through Google Play rather than through us. Open the Google Play app, go to your order history, and request a refund there, or use Google Play support. If that does not work, email us and we will help where we can.
The game will not open or a level is stuck.
Include your device model, your Android version, and what happened right before the problem. The game runs fully offline, so an internet connection is never the cause. Those three details are usually enough to find the fix.
Does the game collect any data about my child?
No. No personal data, no ads, no analytics, no third-party services, and it works entirely offline. Progress is saved on the device and never leaves it. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is there a version for iPhone or iPad?
Not at the moment. Sticker Builder is Android only, on the Google Play Store. If that changes, it will be announced on the blog.
